Claims are processed utilizing EZCap and other customized programs designed to meet the requirements of our customers. We have the ability to process claims using multiple fee schedules, DRGs, APCs, and ASCs. We also have advanced technology programs integrated with EZCap to ensure all claims are processed according to CMS guidelines. Coordination of benefits, subrogation, and DRG claim reviews are all included in the claim review process.
In addition, all provider claim inquiries are answered in the Houston office to ensure that providers will have a prompt response. Claim payments are issued daily and are attached to Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) that describe how claims are paid. Claim payment histories are available online for quick and easy access.
