We maintain practitioner credentialing in accordance with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and state regulations. All credentialing decisions are made by a confidential peer-review committee that does not discriminate based on race, ethnic/national identity, gender, age, sexual orientation or the types of procedures or patients in which the provider specializes.
