In 1995, Golden Triangle Physician Alliance emerged as the leading IPA in the Southeast Texas area for alternatives to traditional Medicare. Providing a large network of family physician and specialist choices, GTPA soon became the standard for HMO options in Southeast Texas. With the determination and vision of many committed professionals, GTPA provides quality care and services to over 4,900 members, and is constantly evolving in response to the needs of our clients.
At present, GTPA consists of three local networks. Contracting local hospitals, facilities and provider groups include Southeast Texas Medical Associates, Beaumont’s largest physician network, and Port Arthur Medical Clinic in the South County LPO. GTPA is committed to providing selection and diversity for our members.
