Our multilingual Member Service representatives are trained to address the following areas of interest: benefits, enrollment, claims, referrals, authorizations, appeal rights and quality issues. Members can contact our 24-hour nurse line, My Nurse, and have their health questions answered by registered nurses via a toll-free telephone line, internet, or written communications. Access to a health information library on topics including aging well, heart health, women's and men's health and answers to questions about health and wellness issues are also available.
Member Services adheres to all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for MA organizations. They are available from 8AM – 5PM CST Monday through Friday to respond to member’s questions, comments and concerns.
